The Territory Manager role within this organization provides an exciting opportunity to work remotely, managing key markets such as Orlando, Florida. This position is designed for dynamic individuals passionate about sales and outdoor living products, who thrive in a role that extends beyond traditional sales to encompass territory management, project oversight, and customer engagement. Territory Managers will handle territories with the goal to significantly grow sales volume, aiming for $750,000 to $1 million in installed unit sales. The role requires conducting consultations and on-site meetings to design and sell custom outdoor shade structures ranging from $10,000 to $100,000. With the support of professional teams including customer service, marketing, design, and production based at headquarters in Waxahachie, Texas, Territory Managers benefit from a robust infrastructure to facilitate success.
The position offers a blend of base salary and uncapped commission earnings, with an expected annual income between $70,000 and $90,000, plus bonus opportunities and sales contests. Candidates enjoy a flexible work-from-home schedule combined with travel to client appointments, requiring comfort with driving and occasional overnight stays. The role demands strong organizational, communication, and computer skills along with a professional demeanor. Job Requirements
- Required to obtain and carry a badge after passing a background check
- Have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Professional disposition and appearance
- Strong work ethic, highly organized, self-motivated, sales oriented
- Willingness to drive long distances daily and weekly
- Comfortable with occasional overnight hotel stays while managing remote territory sections

Job Qualifications
- GED or high school diploma (minimal)
- College associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Residential or commercial outside sales experience
- Knowledge of construction, landscaping, or real estate
- Project management and/or territory management experience
- Logistics and route management skills
- Experience with big-box retail vendor relations
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- General computer skills including email, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM
Job Duties
- Grow sales volume in assigned territory with a target of $750K-$1 million in installed unit sales
- Manage incoming warm leads generated through various channels
- Travel to appointments with partners and clients throughout the assigned territory
- Consult with clients virtually and in person to design and bid custom outdoor structures
- Process project documents and payments for individual sales in the $10K-$100K range
- Manage multiple projects at various stages of sales while coordinating design and permitting with team members
- Routinely audit displays at Home Depot stores and ensure they are maintained
- Maintain relationships with big box retailers through training classes and partnership meetings
- Provide professional customer service, collaboration, and communication
- Achieve and maintain sales and service KPIs
