Job Description

Getinge is a global leader in medical technology dedicated to providing hospitals and life science institutions with innovative products and solutions that improve clinical outcomes and optimize workflows. Established with a firm belief that every individual and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge operates in more than 135 countries worldwide and employs over 12,000 people. The company's comprehensive product offerings cover critical areas such as intensive care, cardiovascular procedures, operating rooms, sterile reprocessing, and life sciences. This broad spectrum delivers trusted technologies that help save lives and enhance patient care across the healthcare industry. Getinge's commitment to innovation, safety, and efficiency underscores its position as a game changer in medical technology, making life-saving technology accessible to a wider population and supporting healthcare providers in delivering superior patient outcomes.

The Territory Manager, Surgical Workflows Full Line (SWF) role at Getinge is a dynamic sales position focused on driving growth and supporting the sales of the company’s Surgical Workplace Products, including surgical lights, booms, and tables, as well as infection control equipment such as sterilizers, washers, and service contracts. This position also involves supporting video integration and asset management solutions, targeting both existing and prospective customers within a specific territory in Alabama and Mississippi. The role demands a keen strategic mindset to balance replacement, renovation, and new construction business opportunities, ensuring maximum penetration and market share growth for Getinge’s product lines. As a Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing robust customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent sales and post-sales support activities.

Achieving sales targets while maintaining expense control will be a primary responsibility, necessitating detailed sales planning, prioritization, and monitoring of all sales cycle activities. You will provide comprehensive return on investment and business case justifications for Getinge products tailored to your customers’ needs. This role requires adeptness in territory management, product demonstrations, installation support, and resolving customer issues efficiently in collaboration with regional sales leadership. As a key player on the sales team, you will promote a holistic approach to Getinge’s product offerings — from equipment sales to training and service contracts — maximizing overall revenue potential.

The Territory Manager position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $88,000 base, with total compensation potentially reaching $150,000 to $250,000 depending on performance. This opportunity is in-person and provides a pathway for professional growth in a vibrant, supportive environment that values integrity, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach. If you are a motivated sales professional with a passion for healthcare technology and a desire to contribute to life-saving innovations, this role at Getinge represents an inspiring and rewarding career choice.
