Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one during the hiring process
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player with a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and demeanor with an outgoing and success-driven personality
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to operate office equipment
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and interpret correspondence
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Flexibility to work some nights and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally for meetings, training, or work-related events
- The ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process

Job Duties
- Master all aspects of route operations including best inventory practices, safe-driving, and customer service
- Achieve goals set by the manager for safety, inventory, schedule compliance and promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- All other duties as assigned
