The Territory Manager role at Royal Cup is a crucial position focused on route sales delivery with an emphasis on servicing and expanding the existing customer base. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the Territory Manager services key business segments such as offices, professional services, fine dining and casual restaurants, hotels and conference centers, coffee shops, resorts and clubs, healthcare facilities, as well as colleges and universities. This role demands mastery over all facets of route operations, including effective inventory management, adherence to safe driving practices, and exemplary customer service. The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving set goals related to safety, inventory control, schedule compliance, and promotion execution. Additionally, serving as a professional ambassador for Royal Cup, the Territory Manager represents the company’s values and standards in every customer interaction. The position requires flexibility to occasionally work nights and weekends, as well as willingness to travel and stay overnight for meetings and training. Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one during the hiring process
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player with a strong work ethic
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with an outgoing and success-driven personality
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to operate office equipment
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to read, write, and interpret correspondence
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Flexibility to work some nights and weekends as needed
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally for meetings, training, or work-related events
  • The ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience as a route delivery driver preferred
  • Experience within the foodservice environment preferred
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player with a strong work ethic
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with an outgoing and success-driven personality
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to operate office equipment
  • Strong communication skills including reading, writing, and interpreting correspondence
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Flexibility to work some nights and weekends
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally
