This role is for a Territory Manager focusing on retail customers within the Twin Cities Metro area in Minnesota. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a good motor vehicle record
- Foodservice, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and cold call for new business
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Competitive and driven to exceed goals
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Team player with collaborative mentality
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to lift or carry up to 75 lbs occasionally
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Be the customer champion by owning and nurturing customer relationships in a team-based selling model
- Educate customers on ordering platforms, provide menu consultations, product recommendations, and pricing strategies
- Drive sales success by selling to customers, increasing case growth, and acquiring new business through impactful sales presentations
- Collaborate with specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless product delivery
- Develop new business using market intelligence, business directories, existing client leads, trade shows, and conferences
- Manage delivery scheduling and resolve order process issues such as mispicks, short loads, and stock-outs
- Stay informed on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' offerings to provide value-added services
- Conduct regular customer site visits and follow-ups, utilizing personal vehicle for territory management
