The role of Territory Manager - Route Delivery Driver at Royal Cup is a critical position focused on servicing and growing the company’s existing customer base. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Territory Manager performs route sales and delivery duties for key business segments including offices, professional services, fine dining and casual family restaurants, hotels and conference centers, coffee shops, resorts and clubs, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions such as colleges and universities. The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service through efficient route management, product delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. The Territory Manager is expected to master route operations including inventory management, safe driving practices, and schedule compliance while achieving goals related to safety, inventory control, and sales promotions.

This position requires an individual with a professional demeanor who represents Royal Cup proudly while maintaining an outgoing, success-driven personality. It demands a proactive approach to independently manage tasks while also collaborating as a team player. The Territory Manager role is instrumental in ensuring that customers receive consistent, reliable service that supports Royal Cup’s mission of serving its customers well to serve the company well.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one during the hiring process
  • ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
  • proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • ability to work independently while also being a team player with a strong work ethic
  • professional appearance and demeanor with an outgoing and success-driven personality
  • basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to operate office equipment
  • strong communication skills including the ability to read, write, and interpret correspondence
  • ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • flexibility to work some nights and weekends as needed
  • willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally for meetings, training, or work-related events
  • the ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process

Job Qualifications
