This role is a pivotal position within Wayfair's expanding logistics network, specifically for the Home Delivery Operations Terminal Manager at the Linden, NJ terminal. The operations under this terminal play a critical part in the company’s mission to expedite deliveries, enhance specialized services, and minimize damage to ensure customer satisfaction. The Terminal Manager will lead a dedicated team that includes Supervisors, Associates/Specialists, and Driver Partners, primarily focusing on delivering exceptional customer service in the home delivery area.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, administration, supply chain, or customer service
- 5+ years working experience in fulfillment, distribution, home delivery or transportation
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities and implement solutions
- Comfort with delivery routing technologies and warehouse management systems
- Comfort with raw data sets and creating useful templates in google sheets
- Ownership mentality and motivation to build the best team
- Bilingual is a plus

Job Duties
- Assume full responsibility for safety, customer experience, employee experience, quality, and cost of the Home Delivery Operation Terminal
- Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to a team of Wayfair Warehouse and Transportation employees, including leaders and frontline staff
- Build partnerships with Delivery Partners to ensure outbound capacity and exceptional customer delivery experience
- Drive results across performance metrics such as safety, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, quality, and cost
- Develop team members through focused skill development and career pathing
- Collaborate with core stakeholders including Safety, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Transportation, Training, Workforce Planning, and Technology
