Job Requirements

  • Must have the ability to work different shifts (nights, weekends, and holidays) 24/7, and overtime, depending upon needs of the department
  • Schedule may be adjusted periodically
  • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak clear English
  • Aviation background is a plus
  • Customer service or other public facing experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
  • Ability to professionally communicate with passengers and colleagues
  • High level of integrity, punctuality, independency, and responsibility
  • Ability to make independent judgments based on established procedures
  • In-depth experience and knowledge of airport operational processes preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Assist passengers and the general public with questions, giving directions, providing information about flight arrivals and departures, delays, disruptions etc.
  • Liaise with Operations Control Center (OCC) to obtain accurate and up to date flight information, performance data on Terminal Operations and efficiently manage connected processes
  • Act on order and behalf of the Terminal Duty Manager and OCC
  • Manage queues and passenger flows throughout New Terminal A
  • Monitor flight information displays for accuracy of information
  • Ensure immediate reporting of any incidents, accidents, and failures of technical components at New Terminal A
  • Monitor terminal appearance and cleanliness and initiate action for correcting any deficiencies that may affect passenger experience
  • Maintain and complete daily log for shift handover
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager Terminal Operations
