- Must be able to successfully pass Benihana chef training program
- Previous experience as chef or cook highly desirable

- Knowledge of food portioning and cooking methods
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests within 15 minutes of teppan order
- Perform cooking show and engage guests courteously
- Provide information about foods during preparation
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Ask for and follow guests' cooking preferences
- Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using kitchen equipment
- Perform shift opening and closing cleaning duties
