Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer skills to operate club automation system
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and staff
- Basic knowledge of tennis and tennis court operations preferred
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and schedules
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Seasonal availability
Job Duties
- Provide high quality customer service to all club members and guests
- Secure the outdoor tennis courts usage for Copley members and paid guest and insure that the appropriate court fees have been paid when applicable through Club automation
- Communicate with Manager on Duty, Front Desk, Maintenance and Housekeeping personal when necessary
- Follow daily maintenance schedule to insure that the outdoor Tennis courts, the surrounding area and buildings are in an orderly and neat appearance at all times
- Follow court closing procedures when applicable and insure that all Healthplex property has been secured in a proper fashion and ready for the next day usage
