Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to maintenance and court preparation
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or facility management preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with members, guests, and team members
- Basic knowledge of tennis court maintenance or willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established procedures and schedules
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Provide high quality customer service to all club members and guests
- Secure the outdoor tennis courts usage for Rush Copley members and paid guest and insure that the appropriate court fees have been paid when applicable through Club automation
- Communicate with Manager on Duty, Front Desk, Maintenance and Housekeeping personal when necessary
- Follow daily maintenance schedule to insure that the outdoor Tennis courts, the surrounding area and buildings are in an orderly and neat appearance at all times
- Follow court closing procedures when applicable and insure that all Healthplex property has been secured in a proper fashion and ready for the next day usage
