Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in event planning and execution
  • Tech literate with proficiency in Google Calendar, Sheets, Slides
  • Comfortable with AV equipment
  • Experience in marketing material creation preferred
  • Business casual professional appearance required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday with flexibility for some evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience in planning and executing meetings and events in professional settings
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with AV equipment
  • Skills in creating marketing materials
  • Strong revenue management and vendor relationship experience
  • Ability to manage P&L statements and financial forecasting
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Outstanding customer service and hospitality mindset
  • Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee the operational strategy and management of all amenity spaces, including a rooftop event space, boardroom, conference rooms, and social lounge
  • Drive revenue generation and manage financial reporting for each space
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute tailored events for tenants and external clients
  • Provide white-glove hospitality services for meetings booked in conference rooms
  • Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with tenants, building management, and external partners
  • Implement marketing strategies including newsletters, email campaigns, and digital or printed materials
  • Support building Operations Team on projects to increase client engagement and member experience
