Maintaining accurate tenant contact information and ensuring its annual updates are also essential administrative tasks. The role collaborates closely with teams on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and community outreach programs, reflecting CBRE’s dedication to sustainability and corporate responsibility.

Event planning is another core component of the position. You will develop and propose tenant event ideas, create budgets, manage event logistics, and collect data on attendance and tenant feedback to continually improve the offerings. Through these responsibilities, you will directly influence tenant retention and satisfaction, which are critical factors in the success of CBRE’s property management services.
