Established with a commitment to innovation, excellence, and respect, Piedmont Realty Trust places great emphasis on not only providing Class A commercial real estate assets but also on transforming these spaces into vibrant hubs where tenants feel connected, supported, and inspired. The company values diversity and inclusion, encouraging employees to share their experiences and ideas to continuously improve the workplace culture and overall tenant satisfaction. With a strong presence in the Atlanta, GA region and a portfolio consisting of six Class A assets, Piedmont Realty Trust is dedicated to delivering best-in-market amenities and implementing hospitality-driven strategies designed to elevate the tenant experience.
The Tenant Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role within Piedmont Realty Trust by directly contributing to the enhancement of the workplace experience for tenants. This highly creative and collaborative position involves designing and executing property-specific programming that builds lasting connections among tenants while reinforcing each building’s unique brand personality. Reporting to the Director of Experience, the Tenant Engagement Manager will lead the tenant engagement strategy for the Atlanta portfolio, working closely with on-site Property Management and Asset Management teams to ensure a consistent and memorable tenant experience.
This role goes beyond typical property management duties by emphasizing the importance of hospitality, marketing, event management, and community building. Key responsibilities include curating local vendor partnerships, orchestrating events such as wellness programs, pop-ups, workshops, happy hours, and philanthropic initiatives, as well as managing tenant engagement apps and digital platforms to promote ongoing interaction and participation. The Tenant Engagement Manager acts as an ambassador of the property, representing ownership with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. They focus on fostering a positive environment that encourages tenant retention, improves occupant wellbeing and productivity, and enhances the overall reputation and attractiveness of the properties.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities while creatively problem-solving to achieve outstanding results. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential to cultivating a sense of community within the building and maintaining strong client trust. Additionally, the role requires physical mobility within properties and travel throughout the Atlanta area for event coordination and property management collaboration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and tenant experience apps is also a crucial part of ensuring smooth operations and maximizing engagement.
By joining Piedmont Realty Trust as a Tenant Engagement Manager, you will become part of a company that values its employees as its greatest asset and is dedicated to making a profound difference in the office experience. This is an opportunity to contribute to a company culture that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and community, while playing a key part in shaping the future of workplace environments in Atlanta's commercial real estate market.
