The Temporary Registration Solutions Manager role at BCD M&E offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team behind some of the most memorable, high-end events globally. As a pivotal part of the collective team, you will manage and support online registration processes for a diverse portfolio of events ranging from intimate gatherings of 100 attendees to large-scale programs with over 12,000 participants. This full-time, temporary position spans from mid-June 2026 through the end of February 2027 and follows a hybrid work arrangement for applicants based in the Chicagoland area. The position is integral to ensuring accuracy in registration details, maintaining strict adherence to timelines, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the registration lifecycle.

The Temporary Registration Solutions Manager will excel in delivering precise, written communication to resolve registration queries confidently and efficiently. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event coordination or related field preferred
