Job Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
  • Availability for Sunday to Tuesday shifts from 7:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
  • Weekend availability required with flexibility to work some holidays
  • Ability to handle multiple duties with strong organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Customer-focused attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a receptionist or concierge
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel and Word
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in senior living preferred but not required
  • Professional administrative experience such as reception or concierge
  • Ability to maintain composure during high stress situations

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet visitors including residents, families, vendors, and staff by name when possible
  • Answer inquiries confidently and ensure appropriate follow-up
  • Engage positively with residents, families, vendors, and staff in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Assist the Business Office Manager and other departments with administrative tasks
  • Help maintain the safety and security of the building and its residents
  • Manage front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Handle special projects and clerical duties as assigned
