The primary goal of this role is to ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a clean and orderly condition through routine and thorough cleaning activities. Responsibilities include vacuuming, dust mopping, wet mopping floors, and polishing furniture and fixtures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the collection and proper disposal of trash and recyclable materials, ensuring designated disposal areas are used correctly and efficiently. Maintaining adequate stock of supplies in bathrooms and storage spaces is another key aspect of the job, supporting the seamless running of facilities.

Candidates must be proficient in using light power cleaning equipment and perform preventive maintenance to ensure the functionality and safety of this equipment. Job Duties

  • performs cleaning duties in all areas that are assigned
  • cleans floors with vacuums, dust mops and/or wet mops
  • collects and removes trash and recyclable materials and deposits to designated areas
  • cleans, polishes furniture/fixtures in assigned areas and arranges furniture and/or equipment as directed
  • operates light power cleaning equipment and performs preventative maintenance
  • maintains adequate stock of supplies in bathrooms and storage areas
  • complete additional duties as assigned
