With corporate headquarters strategically placed in Boston, The Woodlands, Texas, and London, Pyramid Global Hospitality combines vast global reach with an intimate hands-on approach that prioritizes exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and cultivating long-term partnerships within the industry.

At Pyramid, people are at the core of the company’s mission. The organization is dedicated to providing an inclusive workplace where associates feel respected, supported, and empowered to advance their careers. Whether you are embarking on your journey in hospitality or bringing years of experience, Pyramid offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth through meaningful stretch assignments, exposure to an array of properties and markets, and mentorship from seasoned leaders. The commitment to its associates, guests, owners, and communities has elevated Pyramid and its managed properties to some of the best-known names in hospitality, with accolades from reputable sources such as USA Today, The Boston Globe, Forbes Travel Guide, and U.S. News & World Report.

The Colorado Springs Marriott is one of Pyramid’s flagship properties nestled in the scenic foothills near the Rocky Mountains. The role of Banquet Set-Up Attendant at the Colorado Springs Marriott is a vital position that contributes to the seamless execution of various events hosted at the hotel. This full-time temporary role, offering a wage of $17 per hour, is an excellent opportunity for individuals who appreciate detail-oriented work and thrive in a dynamic, team-driven environment. As a Banquet Set-Up Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing event spaces to precise specifications, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the day, and collaborating closely with culinary and stewarding teams. Your diligent efforts ensure that each function is executed flawlessly, contributing to memorable experiences for guests.

This role goes beyond simply arranging tables and chairs; it is about being the foundation of every event, ensuring that the environment is welcoming and impeccably arranged to meet high standards. You will engage in multiple physical activities such as assembling and arranging equipment, restocking supplies, and efficiently breaking down rooms post-events. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and respond swiftly to any guest concerns will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards associated with the Marriott brand.

The position offers not only the chance to gain practical experience in the hospitality sector but also a pathway for career advancement within Pyramid Global Hospitality’s expansive network. The company’s Culture of Care fosters a supportive and enriching environment in which associates are encouraged to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. This temporary role is widely regarded as an ideal entry point for individuals eager to build a lasting career in hospitality while balancing flexibility and professional development.
