The Temporary Front Desk Position at Western Camps involves providing essential coverage for an indeterminate leave of absence. This temporary role supports front desk operations at River Way Ranch Camp, Wonder Valley Ranch Resort, and Wonder Valley Outdoor Education. The position includes greeting and checking in visitors, managing phone communications, handling scheduling and booking systems, and delivering hospitality-focused customer service. This role is designed for a charismatic individual passionate about customer service who thrives in fast-paced, family-oriented settings. The schedule is flexible within a broad availability window from 7:45 AM to 9:30 PM, including potentially variable shifts that range from four-hour segments to full days, with availability expected seven days a week. This position reports directly to the Office Manager and is compensated between $16.90 and $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. The role offers meaningful work that combines customer interaction with operational support, contributing directly to the smooth functioning and welcoming atmosphere at Western Camps' facilities.   • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in visitors
  • answer phones and direct calls appropriately
