Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Provide basic information about Precinct 4, services, and directions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces when needed for the Preston and Fannin office locations
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support the Administration team with clerical tasks as assigned
- Provide support to other offices or locations as needed
