Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and complete established check-in procedures for arriving guests
- Facilitate guest departure by following established check-out procedures
- Calculate and post monies, receipts, guest accounts, and credits using accurate cash handling methods
- Answer inquiries and accept reservations in person and by telephone
- Maintain good guest relations by staying informed about in-house and community events
- Control cash transactions and maintain responsibility for the cash bank
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and courteous demeanor at all times
