The Temporary Event Planner Assistant will be responsible for vendor and venue coordination, research into décor options, outreach to event venues, and providing logistical support by verifying rooming lists against registration data. Additionally, the assistant will handle various administrative tasks assigned on a weekly basis. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, and a professional demeanor. Prior experience in event planning is beneficial but not strictly required, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain valuable experience in the events industry. Job Duties

  • Conduct research on decor options and outreach to event venues

  • Support logistical tasks associated with event planning
  • Manage administrative duties assigned by Senior Event Planner
