Situated at the National/Alamo LAX location, Enterprise Mobility is currently offering an exciting temporary opportunity for a CDL Bus Driver. This role is full-time, union-based, and scheduled according to shift bids, with hours including graveyard, swing shifts, days, nights, holidays, and weekends. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $30.15 per hour, which is comprised of $22.50 hourly wages plus a $7.65 per hour location wage offset. Additionally, the company is providing a $2,000 retention bonus for eligible employees who maintain agreed-upon hours throughout the period from July 1, 2026, to October 29, 2026.
This CDL Bus Driver role requires a professional who can provide superior, friendly, and efficient shuttle service for customers during the rental process. Driving 33+ passenger shuttle buses, the individual will be responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the rental facility while ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication with other bus operators and the management team. The role entails adhering to high-quality standards, focusing on customer needs, and employing defensive driving skills while obeying traffic regulations. The driver will also perform essential vehicle inspections to ensure all equipment is in working order and that required maintenance has been conducted.
The position demands safety awareness, mechanical soundness of the shuttle buses, and friendly customer service through greetings and assistance with luggage. The applicant must have a California Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with both Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, with at least 9 months of verifiable passenger transport experience. Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring current or future company sponsorship and the ability to complete a DOT physical exam and drug test to obtain a Medical Card is also required. Additionally, employees are prohibited from engaging in any moonlighting or other paid employment during their tenure.
