The resort emphasizes a strong service culture anchored by its "4 Keys to creating guests for life," ensuring that every guest experiences personalized and memorable service. Silverado's dedication to quality, innovation, and a professional work environment makes it a sought-after employer within the hospitality industry. The resort's management team continuously works to recruit and retain top talent, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented atmosphere.

The Conference Services Manager role at Silverado Resort is a temporary assignment offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience. This pivotal position is responsible for overseeing the assigned group business after sales turnover through the entirety of the event lifecycle. This includes the planning, execution, and financial reconciliation stages to ensure profitable operations and delivery of high-quality services. The position requires flexibility, including weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to manage workweeks exceeding 40 hours when necessary.

Silverado Resort places high importance on professional appearance, adherence to company service culture, and compliance with safety regulations. The Conference Services Manager will actively participate in required meetings and trainings, support the talent recruitment and retention strategy, and maintain a safe and efficient resort environment. This role often involves standing and walking for extended periods and occasional operation of a golf cart within the resort grounds. Silverado Resort values inclusivity and diversity, operating as an equal opportunity employer committed to compliance with all relevant employment and anti-discrimination laws. The successful candidate will find a supportive workplace that values excellence, integrity, and guest satisfaction while offering the opportunity to develop and utilize advanced skills in conference and event management.
