The Conference Services Manager role at Silverado Resort is a temporary assignment offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience. This pivotal position is responsible for overseeing the assigned group business after sales turnover through the entirety of the event lifecycle. This includes the planning, execution, and financial reconciliation stages to ensure profitable operations and delivery of high-quality services. Acting as the critical liaison between clients and internal operating departments, the Conference Services Manager ensures seamless coordination and communication, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.

The role demands a dynamic and service-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of hospitality operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining pricing integrity, proposing upscale menu selections, managing booking systems to optimize revenue, and providing visible leadership and support during functions.
