Job Requirements

- No prior related work experience required

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds

- Availability for a 3 to 4 months full-time assignment
- Work on-site at the Los Angeles hotel location

Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for guest needs
- Respond to special requests from guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls or problems
- Review shift logs and document pertinent information
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
- Follow all company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns
- Comply with quality assurance expectations
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
