The role focuses on Rooms and Guest Services Operations, with responsibilities that are essential to providing high-quality and anticipatory service for hotel guests. The position includes responding promptly to guest requests for special services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning by coordinating with relevant providers and ensuring follow-up for guest satisfaction. It involves answering guest inquiries about hotel amenities, local events, and activities, while accurately processing guest calls, messages, and concerns. The position requires close communication with other hotel departments, such as Bellperson and Housekeeping, to resolve issues efficiently and maintain smooth operations.

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for guest needs
  • Respond to special requests from guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls or problems
  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
