We are currently seeking a Temporary Concierge Custodian to join a facilities maintenance team located at a single Burbank location. This position is a vital role within the maintenance team responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall pristine condition of commercial building spaces. The Custodian will actively contribute to creating a professional and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors by maintaining immaculate lobbies, spotless restrooms, and all common areas. This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable custodial and facilities management experience while working in a consistent schedule environment with all necessary supplies and equipment provided. Duties encompass a broad range of cleaning and maintenance tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash and recycling bins, and restocking supplies such as paper goods and soap dispensers. Additionally, responsibilities include wiping down elevators, glass surfaces, lobbies, and maintaining break rooms and conference rooms. Custodians are also expected to report any facility issues promptly to building management. Periodic deep cleaning and floor care ensure the high standards of the facility are met consistently.

Successful candidates will have a proven background in janitorial or custodial services within commercial settings, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds during shifts. The ability to work independently while maintaining a professional appearance and positive interaction with tenants is essential. Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage supplies and prioritize daily tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills facilitate teamwork and professional responses to requests.
