The community is renowned for its compassionate approach and commitment to creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for every day. Waterford Grand is more than just a residence; it is a thriving community focused on dignity, respect, and personalized care, catering to the unique needs of each individual.
The role of the Concierge at Waterford Grand is integral to the overall experience of the community. This position is designed for an individual who enjoys connecting with people and is passionate about providing a positive and professional representation of the community. As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in shaping the culture by creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, their families, and visitors. Your responsibilities extend beyond greeting guests—you will serve as a reliable point of contact, assist other departments, and help maintain smooth operational functions.
This temporary, part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $18.00, depending on experience. The schedule includes day and swing shifts with weekend availability required, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible work hours. Beyond the primary duties of greeting residents and visitors, managing communications, and assisting in administrative tasks, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships within the community. Your role will involve demonstrating excellent judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively amidst interruptions.
Working as a Concierge at Waterford Grand means you will be at the forefront of enhancing the resident experience by ensuring that all interactions reflect the community’s values and mission. You will help facilitate smooth tours and admissions by coordinating with sales and ensuring informational materials are available and organized. Additionally, organization and attention to detail are key as you manage payroll processes, resident and employee records, and financial accounts. This role presents an enriching opportunity to contribute to a positive living environment and be part of a team dedicated to improving lives through meaningful engagement and support.
Cascade Living Group, the parent organization, is committed to providing employees with competitive wages, career pathways, health insurance for eligible employees, voluntary benefits including disability, accident, and life insurance, and flexible pet insurance. Additional perks include 401(k) plans with company match, payroll advances on earned wages, discount programs, generous paid time off, education assistance, and longevity bonuses.
