Job Duties
- Mix and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences
- Greet and interact with guests in a courteous and engaging manner, taking drink and limited food orders while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Keep the bar stocked with necessary supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate restocking needs to management
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards as well as university and state alcohol service regulations
- Process credit card transactions using a POS system and ensure proper card handling procedures
