The Stylist role at Kate Spade New York is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about fashion and customer engagement. As a Stylist, you will be warmly greeting guests and leveraging your strong product knowledge to engage customers in meaningful conversations. In addition to customer interaction, the Stylist contributes to the store’s success by driving sales through genuine connections and compelling storytelling. You will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge across all product categories and maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions. Position details include an hourly base pay range of $15.00 to $19.50, with compensation adhering to all applicable wage laws based on location. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, as well as the capacity to bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including but not limited to public holidays)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Job Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
