The Temporary Assistant People and Culture Manager role is a key position designed to provide interim support during a leave of absence. This role is critical in managing the day-to-day People & Culture operations, supporting the implementation of human resource programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with Four Seasons standards. The Assistant People & Culture Manager works closely with team members to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout all HR processes.
This temporary position encompasses various responsibilities including candidate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities for new hires. The role also involves managing daily operations within the People & Culture Office and maintaining effective communication with staff through multiple channels such as flyers, bulletin boards, and social media platforms. An essential part of the job is organizing and supervising employee events like receptions, town halls, and holiday celebrations, which are aimed at fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.
