The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant In Room Dining Manager to join its Food & Beverage - Services department on a fixed term contract basis. This role is a vital part of the reopening phase of the hotel's Food & Beverage Division. The Assistant In Room Dining Manager is responsible for supporting the In Room Dining Manager by overseeing the daily operations of the In Room Dining, Minibar, and Cashier departments. This management position demands thorough attention to quality and service standards, ensuring that every guest interaction is seamless and meets the hotel’s ultra-luxury standards. The successful candidate will play a supervisory role, managing staff performance, providing feedback, addressing disciplinary issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as state liquor laws.
