The Temporary 2nd Shift Concierge role at Resort Lifestyle Communities is a dynamic, hands-on position where you will serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for residents, families, and guests. This position demands excellent customer service skills, a professional appearance, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. The concierge will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing valet parking services, which require a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Additionally, the role involves supporting community operations, handling administrative tasks such as scheduling transportation and maintaining records, and ensuring building safety by monitoring emergency procedures and responding quickly to any incidents.
Working the Thursday through Monday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm shift, this role requires adaptability and flexibility to assist in various community areas as needed. It also demands strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- able to valet park vehicles safely

Job Duties
- Create a positive first impression by performing valet parking services for residents and visitors
- deliver outstanding customer service by greeting residents, families, and visitors, answering calls, and anticipating the needs of residents, guests, and vendors
- respond promptly to emergencies, monitor resident call systems, and contact emergency services when necessary
- oversee building safety systems including fire alarms, follow emergency procedures and assist residents during fires or severe weather
- handle administrative tasks such as scheduling transportation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating guest suite reservations, and ensuring suites meet RLC standards
- support community operations by assisting with room service requests, dining room coverage during peak times, event setup, and responsible alcohol service
- maintain cleanliness in common areas and ensure building security by locking and unlocking exterior doors at designated times
- welcome new residents and guide them through the orientation process for a smooth transition into the community
- manage office supplies, resident documents, and menus
- perform clerical duties as assigned
