Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or an equivalent level of education
  • Be able to successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting
  • Six months customer service experience or equivalent in a high-volume call center environment preferred
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • 100% attendance and punctuality commitment

Job Duties

  • Answer inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements
  • Handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment
  • Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document each call
  • Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries and complaints, using a standard script and procedures
  • Gather information and research/resolve inquiries
  • Inform callers about the services available and assess caller's needs
