As a Temp-to-Hire Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in handling inbound calls related to child support receipts and disbursements. You will work in a fast-paced environment managing a large volume of calls, utilizing multiple computer systems to multi-task and document calls efficiently. The position demands accurate and effective communication skills, the ability to follow standard scripts and procedures, and a customer-focused approach to problem solving.

Candidates will have the chance to become permanent employees after 90 days of successful performance, with the potential to increase their hourly pay based on quality and production metrics. This frontline role has a strong impact on customer satisfaction and requires a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can maintain 100% attendance and punctuality. In addition to the hourly pay, Conduent provides various benefits including health insurance coverage, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off. The company's dedication to employee well-being and career development makes it a desirable place to grow professionally.

This call center role is perfect for those with prior customer service experience, particularly in high-volume call center settings, who want to contribute to meaningful services related to child support inquiries in Wisconsin.
