The role of Suite Host is being launched through Red Seat Ventures in collaboration with Fox Corporation. This opportunity is part of a new membership-based business focused on providing premium live entertainment experiences. Suite Hosts are integral to creating memorable and high-touch experiences for members at various arenas and stadiums. Reporting to the Member Experience Manager, Suite Hosts serve as the primary point of contact for club-suite guests, ensuring seamless service delivery and an outstanding membership experience. The role is suited for hospitality professionals with experience in private clubs or premium seating environments who excel in high-pressure, startup-style growth settings.

Suite Hosts will engage directly with discerning members, often high net worth individuals, to deliver personalized service and foster member satisfaction and retention. The position requires a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate events, manage CRM systems, and address member needs proactively. This role entails event-day hosting responsibilities including facilitating catering orders, welcoming members, navigating suite logistics, and recording member insights to enhance future experiences. Suite Hosts must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, the ability to solve venue-specific issues, and the capacity to cultivate a welcoming environment.

This position is event-based with workdays beginning at assigned venues. Candidates must have reliable transportation to report to different venues within their local market as scheduled. The role’s pay range is $45.00 - $55.00 per hour and requires a minimum onsite attendance of three days per week. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams to continually improve member engagement and retention strategies. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a member service role or hospitality space preferably at a private club or hotel space
  • experience working in CRM systems entering managing and organizing confidential data
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy and poise
  • comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced growth-stage environment with little direction
  • organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple engagement efforts simultaneously
  • regular on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position
  • selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a member service or hospitality role
  • experience with CRM systems and confidential data management

Job Duties
