The Housekeeper position at Paradise Valley Estates is a full-time role scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This role is integral to maintaining the clean, safe, and welcoming environment that PVE is known for. Reporting to the Housekeeping Leadership Team, the Housekeeper’s main mission is to ensure the health and well-being of residents and staff by providing exemplary cleaning services throughout the community. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to person-centered service, directly impacting the daily lives of residents.

Key responsibilities include maintaining clean and sanitary conditions through sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces. The Housekeeper also ensures that cleaning equipment is kept in safe and sanitary condition and promptly reports any safety hazards or changes in resident conditions. With an emphasis on teamwork and customer service, the Housekeeper helps uphold the quality standards and reputation of Paradise Valley Estates. Job Requirements

  • positive attitude and great work ethic
  • ability to work full-time Wednesday through Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • willingness to undergo a full criminal background check and drug test
  • proof of flu vaccination required upon hire
  • willingness to wear a surgical mask during flu season if not vaccinated for COVID-19
  • ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
  • strong communication skills
