Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in high pressure and fast paced situations
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must complete formal liquor liability training within 30 days of employment
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift 10-25 pounds as needed

Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with all kinds of liquor, recipes, and drink prices, proper glassware, and garnishes needed
- Know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting, MICROS system or registers, bank procedures, and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and responsible for intake of all monies
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly maintaining positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
