Job Duties

  • Efficiently run all operational procedures and practices within the branch, including dual control adherence
  • keep the branch team informed of policy and procedure changes pertaining to teller operations
  • take a proactive approach to solving operational issues
  • ensure security procedures are established and followed for employee and customer safety
  • lead by example by operating a teller drawer to serve customers
  • ensure team compliance with all bank and regulatory policies and procedures to maintain security and mitigate losses
  • promote and foster exceptional customer service throughout the team
  • resolve customer concerns including online banking and debit card issues
  • recognize potential cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate personnel
  • participate in community events as needed
