The bank prides itself on delivering the latest banking products and services while maintaining old-fashioned customer service values. This blend of innovation and tradition has fostered an environment where customers feel valued and employees are recognized for their contributions. OMB Bank's mission emphasizes making futures brighter and banking better, ensuring an outstanding experience for its customers and community alike.

The part-time Teller position at OMB Bank requires an individual who is personable, friendly, and fully committed to delivering excellent customer service. The teller plays a crucial role in the bank's day-to-day operations by processing routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and the issuance of checks. Beyond these transactional duties, tellers may be asked to perform additional clerical or receptionist tasks, supporting overall branch efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is based at the 1535 W. Sunshine St., Springfield, MO branch and offers a part-time schedule averaging 20-25 hours per week, including weekdays and rotating Saturdays. Such a working arrangement is designed to fit the needs of flexible professionals or individuals seeking part-time employment in a stable financial institution.

Successful candidates in this position will demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring every client interaction is positive and productive. Strong mathematical aptitude and computer literacy are essential, alongside the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the bank values proactive employees who can identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services, enhancing customer relationships while supporting bank growth.

OMB Bank not only offers a vibrant work atmosphere where employees are appreciated for their efforts but also provides stability as a growing community bank. Employees benefit from comprehensive paid leave options, including vacation, military leave, bereavement, and jury duty. Cost-friendly insurance plans cover dental, vision, critical illness, accident, and supplemental life with AD&D. Retirement savings plans include a 100% match up to the plan limit, reinforcing the bank's investment in its employees' futures. Moreover, employees enjoy discounted financial service fees on select OMB products and services. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service, financial services, and working within a community-focused bank that values both its employees and customers.
