The role of the Devoted Preventative Primary Care Provider is a critical part of Devoted Health's interdisciplinary clinical team. It is designed for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) who are passionate about preventative care and improving patient outcomes through an innovative, technology-enabled environment. This role bridges preventative care, primary care, and complex care management, creating a unique and impactful opportunity that goes beyond standard primary care or annual wellness visit frameworks. Providers performing this role will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, manage chronic conditions, focus on medication optimization, and deliver care to support longevity and quality of life for older adults.

Working primarily through telehealth video visits, with occasional in-person visits, providers will build long-lasting relationships with their patients, focusing on coordinated, member-centered care. This position emphasizes the use of advanced technology and AI-driven workflows to minimize administrative tasks and enhance the time spent on meaningful patient interactions. Providers collaborate closely with a diverse care team that includes specialists, pharmacists, nurses, caregivers, families, and care coordinators to ensure an individualized approach tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

The role offers standard schedules with options for flexible work arrangements, including the potential for a 4x10 schedule upon successful completion of the onboarding period. The salary range is competitive, ranging between $115,000 and $140,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits designed to support employees’ well-being and professional growth.
