Job Requirements
- valid driver's license with a clean record
- willingness to travel as needed
- flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft
- lift up to 70 lbs
- must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
- strong customer focus
- effective problem-solving skills
- determination to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions
- adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license with a clean record
- previous experience in technology installation or customer service preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to learn and apply new technology quickly
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- adaptability to varying work conditions and schedules
Job Duties
- install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes
- teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
- keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
- visit customers' homes to solve problems and introduce them to smart home technology
- uphold safety standards and use company-provided tools and equipment effectively
