We are currently seeking highly professional and qualified Pesticide and Fertilizer Technicians. This role revolves around maintaining a dynamic, healthy appearance for a variety of turf, shrubs, and trees on high-profile properties. The technician will be responsible for assisting with the application of chemical products and fertilization, inspecting multiple properties, completing detailed reports, and actively contributing to workplace safety. Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
  • One year of experience in fertilization and chemical applications
  • Must have reliable transportation to the office or first place of work
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle report (MVR)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Spanish language skills are an advantage

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience with fertilization and chemical applications
  • Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety practices

Job Duties

  • Assist in performing chemical and fertilization applications on assigned high-profile properties
  • Help inspect properties beyond assigned ones to identify any issues
  • Complete daily pre-trip inspections reports for vehicles, trailers, and equipment
  • Actively participate in weekly safety trainings and follow company safety protocols
  • Identify and report safety issues to the team
