Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to diagnose insect, disease, and weed problems in the field
- One year of experience in fertilization and chemical applications
- Reliable transportation to the office or first job site
- Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check
- Strong communication skills
- Spanish-speaking ability is an advantage
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in fertilization and chemical applications
- Ability to diagnose issues related to insects, diseases, and weeds in the field
- Strong communication skills
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job Duties
- Help in performing applications of chemical products and fertilization on assigned high-profile properties
- Assist in inspecting properties beyond assigned ones for any issues
- Complete daily pre-trip inspection reports of vehicle, trailers, and equipment
- Contribute to the safety culture by actively participating in weekly safety training
- Follow company safety protocols, identify and report safety issues to the team
- Maintain equipment and machinery in optimal condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
