As a multinational corporation, PepsiCo operates in more than 200 countries and territories, delivering a wide range of delicious and convenient products that cater to diverse consumer preferences. Committed to sustainable growth and environmental stewardship, PepsiCo emphasizes innovation, quality, and social responsibility in all aspects of its business. The company fosters a dynamic and inclusive workplace where employees can thrive, develop their skills, and contribute to the company’s mission of creating more smiles with every sip and bite.

This full-time Blending Operator position, offering a competitive hourly wage of $23.29, plays a crucial role within PepsiCo's beverage production operations. The person in this position will operate equipment designed to blend raw materials into beverage products that meet exacting specifications. The operator is responsible for weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to established standards to ensure the highest product quality. In addition to the manual tasks, this role requires performing routine product testing to verify that mixtures have the required properties and consistencies before advancing in the production line.

Simultaneously, the Blending Operator will conduct periodic sampling of products during bottling or canning processes to guarantee continuous adherence to standards related to product quality, fill levels, labeling accuracy, freshness dating, and container integrity. Accurate record-keeping of test data is essential to communicate potential adjustments needed in the manufacturing process. This proactive attention to detail helps eliminate any irregularities, ensuring that only superior quality beverages reach consumers.

Physical demands include the frequent lifting and carrying of cases weighing between 20 to 45 pounds over long shifts of 10 to 12 hours and constant standing and walking, with occasional sitting while handling product samples. Operators may also be tasked with deep cleaning and sanitizing blending and filling equipment and production lines to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Dedicated to operational efficiency, the Blending Operator works closely with production and maintenance teams to support continuous improvement and problem resolution.

This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of PepsiCo's manufacturing processes and ensuring that each product meets the company’s high-quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will have experience or be willing to learn manufacturing operations, quality control testing, and equipment sanitation procedures. With a culture that promotes respect, accountability, and teamwork, PepsiCo offers a rewarding career path for individuals passionate about beverage production and eager to contribute to one of the world’s leading beverage companies.
