Job Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- 2+ years of general knowledge and skill set in the repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games
- guest-focused mindset

- ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
- general knowledge and skill set on the repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games
- skilled in practical application of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics
- basic working knowledge of hand tools
- ability to perform work on ladders
- ability to handle equipment up to 250 lbs
- knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and safety practices
- ability to wear and work in personal protective equipment
- effective communication with management, team members, and guests
- availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 18+ years of age

Job Duties
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- welcome and engage with all guests while being a fun ambassador
- perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to construction, repairs, preventive, and scheduled maintenance
- troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, and other equipment
- disassemble, replace, and repair mechanical and electrical components or parts such as bearings, coils, armatures, and wiring
- maintain accurate inventory records
- order supplies, tools, and materials as needed
- maintain the organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility
- maintain the business in the absence of the Technical Services Manager
- participate in paid on-the-job training
