Job Requirements
- 18 plus years of age
- 2 plus years of general knowledge and skill set in repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games
- Guest-focused mindset
- Teamwork is a must
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems
- Skilled in practical application of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics
- Basic working knowledge of hand tools
- Ability to perform work on ladders
- Ability to handle equipment up to 250 lbs
- Knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and safety practices
- Ability to wear and work in personal protective equipment
- Effective communication with management, team members, and guests
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Skilled in practical application of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics

Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcome and engage with all guests
- Performing electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to construction, repairs, preventive, and scheduled maintenance
- Troubleshooting repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters
- Disassembling, replacing, and repairing mechanical and electrical components
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Ordering supplies, tools, and materials as needed
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility
- Maintaining the business in the absence of the Technical Services Manager
- Participating in paid on-the-job training
