The role available is a Training Specialist position on the 1st shift (Sunday through Wednesday, 5am to 3:30pm), where the successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering training and development programs to frontline managers and associates within the warehouse operations. This role requires not only operational knowledge but also the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The Training Specialist will develop and implement training routines aligned with the company’s standard processes and operational procedures, thereby ensuring consistency and quality across all teams. Critical to this position is the ability to incorporate operational expertise in inbound logistics, outbound distribution, inventory management, safety, and quality control into practical, actionable training initiatives.

The incumbent will be responsible for reinforcing safety, quality, and performance behaviors among employees through structured training and coaching, helping to drive performance excellence and operational efficiency. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for this role to effectively deliver training sessions across the diverse workforce.
