The Technical Services Manager / Facility Manager position at Dave & Buster's is a dynamic and integral leadership role focused on providing overall supervision, direction, and strategic initiatives to drive business success and exceed guest expectations. This position requires hands-on involvement in maintenance duties and the ability to respond quickly to issues as they arise. Ideal candidates have experience in building maintenance, relevant technical skills, and can work effectively under the physical demands of the role, which includes moving heavy equipment and climbing ladders. The role operates primarily during weekday hours with some evenings and weekends as necessary, demonstrating readiness to handle emergencies efficiently.

This position offers a competitive salary within the range of $64,543 to $75,933 and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Job Requirements

  • 21+ years of age
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance
  • Knowledge of bowling/pinsetters is a plus
  • Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs)
  • Climb ladders
  • Possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain facility machines and equipment
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Typical work week: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, weekends and evenings as needed, on call for emergencies during business hours

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance
  • Knowledge of bowling/pinsetters is a plus
  • Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience

  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written

Job Duties

  • Developing and leading a team of 3-6 hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations
  • Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipment
  • Performing all scheduled and maintenance duties and responding to trouble calls
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive guest experiences and providing hands-on training to technicians
