The Technical Product Specialist plays an essential role in ensuring that tooling released to production meets customer requirements, supporting tooling performance checks, and troubleshooting product application issues. This individual will collaborate closely with engineering teams to determine tooling needs, improve existing processes, and recommend modifications to tooling, applications, and machining processes. Additionally, the specialist supports the reconditioning program, facilitates manufacturer visits, and manages corrective action programs to ensure the highest quality standards in tooling and applications.

The role requires a deep technical understanding of cutting tool geometry, tool applications, and knowledge of cutting tool manufacturers. Experience in the aerospace market and multi-axis machine tool programming are advantageous. The specialist must excel in data analysis, possess strong mathematical skills, and be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Effective communication and leadership skills are crucial to drive results in this role. The position demands the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and the capability to interpret complex prints and models.
