The current opportunity within Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is for a key role responsible for maintaining the optimal performance of the company’s assets and resources. This position is essential in overseeing maintenance activities, leading a skilled team of technicians, and ensuring that all operational systems function efficiently. The role demands someone who can coordinate daily maintenance operations while also taking charge of training and guiding team members. Generating weekly maintenance schedules for both technicians and contractors is a critical part of the job, as is managing the organization and cleanliness of spare parts storerooms.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating quarterly spare parts inventory counts, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring that all repair and maintenance activities are efficiently carried out. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with maintenance management software such as CMMS or EAM, and possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical conveyance systems is highly desired, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Safety and quality commitment are priorities in this role, which also requires active interface with operation management at the building level. Planning and scheduling weekly maintenance work activities via SAP EAM or equivalent tools and leading the department are vital functions. This position is a full-time onsite role, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm PST, offering a competitive starting salary range of $35.00 to $39.00 per hour. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management
- ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception tasks
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- ability to work onsite Monday to Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm PST
- commitment to adhering to safety and quality standards
- ability to use maintenance management software such as CMMS or EAM
- excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist with coordinating daily maintenance operations
