As a Technical Consultant, you will deliver both onsite and remote technical support, rapidly addressing customer issues to minimize disruption to clinical workflows. You will support the entire lifecycle of patient monitoring systems including installation, configuration, integration, and testing, applying your knowledge of IT systems and healthcare environments to optimize long-term performance. Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges will be a key part of your work, using approved tools and diagnostic methods to analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions. You will maintain detailed documentation aligned with configuration management standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, clinical partners, and sales professionals to ensure the highest quality service and customer satisfaction.
The role demands a flexible approach to working hours including the possibility of overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations, along with approximately 75% travel within the specified geographic area. Travel may include long drives and occasional overnight stays by air or train. Candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of settings including offices, remote locations, and hospital environments that require compliance with vendor credentialing and the use of personal protective equipment.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to travel approximately 75 percent across specified geography with average daily driving time of 1-4 hours
- occasional overnight stays and travel by air or train may be required
- ability to work in office home office remote and hospital healthcare environments complying with vendor credentialing
- ability to work flexible hours based on business needs including non-standard work hours overtime weekends and on-call rotations
- must wear all required personal protective equipment
- must reside in or within commuting distance of Hamilton New Jersey

- prior experience with patient monitoring telemetry units ventilators and defibrillators highly preferred
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in computer science biomedical engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2.5 plus years of professional experience in IT services or related technical environments preferably in healthcare or field service
- foundational understanding of IT systems networking concepts and technical troubleshooting
- computer networking certification preferred such as CompTIA Network plus Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA or equivalent higher level certification
- detail-oriented collaborative problem solver with strong organization and communication skills
- discipline in following structured processes and a growth mindset focused on continuous learning
- ability to work flexible hours including overtime weekends and on-call rotations
